To benefit from one of the schemes proposed by the Investors Code, the company must address an accreditation request to the management unit of the investment code (CGCI), except for the scheme of Industrial free zones which operate under the authority of the National Office of Industrial Free Zones (ONZFI). Accreditation request files for one of the privileged schemes must have the following items: - an application stamped at the going rate; - a certified true copy of the national identity card , passport or any other valid document - attestation of registration in the trade register; - tax payer number of the company or enterprise; - 5 samples of the project feasibility study with a study of the market, technical study( description of the activity to be carried out, schedule of investors, list of products to be manufactured, raw material, manufacturing process, influence of the activities on the environment), financial study, description of job profiles, projected salaries, training plan for the personnel and other social measures envisaged; - title deed (land title or any other legal document pertaining to the site where the project will be set out; - council attestation which stands as the certificate of conformity of the land where the project will be set out.
