MAGZI carries out the following activities:

●         the construction of basic infrastructure(road networks, sanitation, various networks...)

●         building of collective facilities (social centre, first aid centre, sport facilities, industrial restaurants, buildings for various services...);

●         construction of frontage and linking roads.

  b/ land management  

●   developed lands are put at the disposal of businessmen and other investors seeking facilities to set up their industrial activities through renting for a minimum period of 18 years;

●      the renting rates are set according to how developed are the lands concerned and the nature of the activities envisaged. The rates are subject to modifications.
