Mission d'Aménagement et de Gestion des Zones Industrielles - MAGZI

The total area of our land is 1 265 ha with eight (o8) industrial zones present in seven (07) of the ten (10) provinces that Cameroon counts. MAGZI assists you in obtaining administrative documents.

It puts at the disposal of businessmen for renting the following:

●         developed lands;
●         partially developed lands;
●         non develped lands;
●         industrial buildings.

Our rates
The rates applied by MAGZI are highly competitive and they are set in such a way to encourage businessmen to set up their business project. They are presented as follows:

For lands which are yet to be developed, a prefinancing agreement is signed between the company and MAGZI. This agreement provides for the terms of remittance of the said prefinancing.

According to zones, the renting rate of lands with building varies between 1000 and 3000 CFA F (2 – 6 $ CAN) /m2/year
