MAGZI is a State corporation acting as the State's main contractor. This institution which is credited with a very long and rich experience in the domain of industrial zones development and business activities is actually one of your best partners capable of guiding you efficiently in your business initiatives.

In fact, it was mandated by the State to lease out developed and equipped lands to both national and foreign investors to carry out their activities in the strict respect of provisions pertaining to land security. 

Of the 1200 ha of land belonging to MAGZI, less than one quarter of the said land is actually exploited by some 200 companies operating in various sectors. This percentage is far more below of the expected coverage, given the abundant resources Cameroon has and the incentives measures taken by the Government to attract investors, notably the set of tax shields provided in the Investment Charter and the establishment of a legislative framework to ensure  legal and judicial security of investments.
